booked my husband in to stay in June, which I have been thinking about going back again myself. You must of been unlucky as we stayed in march and it was booked solid the whole time we were there and the service in all areas was excellent.I loved it. But I read these sort of comments all the time and some hotels that I have stayed at that I thought were horrible people rave about and vice versa. I guess its just your luck or lack of it at the time.
I hope your next trip to Bali is more enjoyable
