and its very unfortunate really coz it is a nice property and its just the service that lets it down, and Im not one who goes to Bali expecting my arse to be kissed or anything like that or ridiculous demands met. Most times this happened we had local friends with us and they were saying how bad it was and we defiantely should say something and I was always saying no no no I dont want to get anyone in trouble perhaps there just having a off day.
( oh I forgot to mention that we booked in August and paid deposit in December for our stay in March and confirmed two double beds ( didnt mind one double would be made up from two singles pushed together ) and a cot for my little one....suprise suprise one double two singles no cot! and the singles were so soft the poor guy sleeping in one put his back out saying it was like sleeping in a hammock)
