You need to apply for a 60 Day Visa from your nearest Indonesian Consulate or Embassy.
You will need:
* a $A60.00 Money Order payable to the Embassy of Indonesia;
* two completed Visa Application Forms (the form can be downloaded from the website for the Indonesian Embassy in Canberra);
* a valid passport with at least 12 months validity;
* two passport photographs;
* an itinerary;
* a self addressed registered envelope; and
* evidence of a return ticket.
