can still be stamped"no further entry". This has been stamped on my partners visa and also on friends of ours. I think this is to stop then from applying for another visa while in Aust.
My son's english girlfriend also had "no further stay" stamped in her 12 month tourist multi-entry visa. This was because they had stated in their application that once they had reached their 12 months of defacto living they would apply for spouse visa.(they were being honest). So now they will be going to N.Z.to lodge their spouse visa.
