So if you apply for a multi entry visa, the chances are they will not stamp it 'no further stay'...thus allowing one to apply for a spouse visa while in Australia.
Is this correct?
If not we will apply when we go back to Indo after the first three months of the multi entry v.
Can some advise on the general process time for the multi entry visa, we would be lodging it at the Australian Visa Center.
