Nice report, David! In fact, it's so good that I suggest we all chip in to keep you there for another few weeks so that you can comprehensively cover all restaurants in the greater Ubud area. (That's the best idea I've had all day!) You can be the Resident Bali Travel Forum Ubud Restaurant Critic (RBTFURC) - love that acronym! Now THAT would be a good gig.
