I would have thought it would have been good to let the travel agent know more that the hotel wasn't as suitable as they'd thought, rather than the issue with the transfers or sleazy staff member.
If they're promoting the hotel to young people as being 'party central' then they're obviously a few years off the pace and should be informed so they don't mislead others into thinking it's the place to be.
