Sanur Paradise Plaze Suites

Hi all. 10 of us including 2 kids (11 & 13) are looking at the SSP suites. We have always stayed at the Patra so Sanur is unfamiliar territory to us. Is there a good selection of restaurants etc within walking distance from the appartments? Also, what is the shopping like in Sanur, or are we better off going into Kuta?
