Bathrooms in balinese stone.
The material is a cream acid wash marble (about 12mm thick) in 300 X 150 slabs, with an onyx mosaic border (Cut out of 300 X 300 sheets.)
The floors are in a matching onyx mosaic, but with double the size pieces.
I used a full water seal in shower recesses.
The marble is somewhat "random" in cut, and also with slight variance in thickness.
All edges had to be bevel cut where at an edge (doors, windows, ledges etc)
This would have cost a fortune to get a stone mason or tiler to do, so I got a professional cutter and did myselk.
The shipment was around 4 tons, and all purchased at Bali Stones from Felicia and shipped back through Trish Ryder.
Looks great, but a lot of work (three storey house with B'room on each level and all cuts done downstairs with wet cutter)
