were still fighting for jetstar to refund one nights accommodation after they messed up 4 of our 5 flights with them in jan.
first they told us we were to write a letter, to which we recieved no reply in a month, so we called them again and they told us it was there policy to provide us with 1 nights accomm.. why they didnt tell us that in the first place is beyond me.
great that they dealt with you guys straight away though
