that we found out what it was! They had no other rooms available, they sprayed the room and changed the linen but we insisted on a bed replacement.

before this we just thought it was mozzies until the welts appeared on the last day.

I was bitten less because i slept outside the sheets the whole time.

To be honest who really checks under the bottom sheet when the linen is fresh and very clean

Plenty of guests knew about it and found no evidence in their rooms up until we left or they wasn't letting on?

I had to look hard for them but as soon as I found one i knew what i was looking for, they are pretty good at hiding away when the lights are on.

these things spread like nits in a school playground and didn't realise the extent of their spread until i started looking them up.

If I knew then that they live in everything not just the bed we would have been out of that room in a shot, last night or not!

They could just as easily have come into the room from our cases being in the transport to the hotel, luggage is the main transporter with cane chairs and cushions on them (almost every Bali restaurant)

bed bugs are spread by humans (luggage/clothing)and we had no bites before we arrived.on me it looks like chicken pox but on the wife it looks like hives all over her body.

If you get a few mozzie bites you shold go to a chemist.
