Our group of 4 adults and 3 kids were on that flight too (yes, we were the noisy ones!). The bonus night at the Ramada bintang was fantastic. We were able to have a nice swim and a last foot massage. I have already started to search flights back to Bali to use our vouchers. Couldn't complain at all about the service. They had no control over a pilot falling ill and not being able to fly. This was our first flight with Jetstar and I would certainly use them again. Vicki
