"Exceed the customers expectations"
You are now fine about the way Jetstar handled the situation and you are prepared to share your difficult situation which could have been handled much worse!
$200 worth of vouchers is handy to have!
I have only had one bad experience with Jetstar and sent them a letter. They also exceeded my expectations at that time too.
For me, Jetstar isnt a good airline to fly with and I would generally prefer to fly with others, but if I can grab some of their cheap flights at time to time, they get my repeat business. Its not like I fly more than 6 hours at a time with them!
I hope you enjoyed another great trip to Bali and also hope your over size surfboard came back home safely too.
Did I hear a rumour that you have shaved off your beard?
