immigration queue

We are travelling to Bali on the 3rd July. My wife is Balinese,I am Australian our son is 23mths and born in Aust so we must get VOA. At immigration can my wife come thru the immigration queue for foreigners with us or can I plus my son go thru Indonesian side? I do not want to seperate my son from his mother.
