Wash your hands often or take some of that waterless hand cleaner in your bag to use before eating if no water available. My Dr says that is the best way to avoid getting sick and I reckon he is right :0
Smile lots....and never lose your cool .I have always found a smile and a good sense of humour gets you great outcomes (even upgrades sometimes) plus it makes you feel good.
We always tip very generously too, the big smiles on their faces makes for a win win situation.
