Dummies guide to getting a Bali sim?

Dumb question I know... but...

I'll be in Bali 5 weeks and I'll want to phone locals and back to Australia. I have a spare phone with international roaming. What kind of sim do I need, how much for and where can I buy it in Sanur? Is it just a matter of putting in the sim and it's all done?
