of an average meal in Bali is about 70000rp. Profit to the restaurant is about 10% or 7000rp. Credit card transaction fee charged to the restaurant is around 4% or 2800rp leaving a profit of about 4200rp or 56 cents per meal.
Watching the Balinese clean up the beach was hilarious 5 minutes work then 10 minutes rest.
