I think you need to put +62 or the international dialing code from your country and 62 (indonesian international code) before the number. Drop the 0 at the beginning of the mobile number.
I'm sure that worked for me.
To Mobiles: [0011] [country code] [mobile number with zero dropped]--this was from the Vodafone website, but would be the same for all mobiles calling from australia to indonesia
