Our friends arrived in Bali and got a indo sim card the number they gave me is not allowing me to send SMS it 06281 I dropped of the 0 and put a plus sign in the front of it and the SMS are still not going through. I also tried SMS with the 0 at the beginning and still not going through.
The phone they are using is their own that they took with them from Perth. They did get it unlocked in Bali as this was not done in Perth.
Can someone please tell me what am I doing wrong please.
