haven't bothered previous trips - but found $130 AUD per shot over 3 weeks x 4 too expensive and too late as we leave 28th of December. Seems a little pointles really, as you still have to seek medical attention ASAP. We were advised to seek medical attention even if licked. As we "were there already", we had Hep A boosters and tyhpoid and I was advised to have a rubella jab because of a "window" period for boosters. With an emergency travel kit in tow.... $400 AUD later!!! private health only refunded $90. Now I remember why we haven't bothered. But I suppose with kids, better to be safe
