Changed circumstances with jetstar are all part of the criteria of budget airlines or fares. We try to get the best deal at the time, but it does not always turn out to be so. It reminds me of the fact that back in February I locked in an interest rate on a home mortgage which I though was pretty good at the ime for 3 years! Now rates are about 2-3%!
