If I wanted to invite a Balinese friend and his wife and child to our hotel to have an afternoon by the pool with us and a meal (staying at Maharta and Kumala Pantai), would there be a problem with this? Do I just check in at reception to say they are visiting and I guess it is usual to have to pay a fee for non-guests to use the pool? Do they welcome local people visiting guests at the hotels? Any experiences you have had with this would be appreciated.
