hi we used vip voa for 2 trips this year and we never had a problem.they simply meet you escort you through immigration and yes the immigration officer did see us.we never felt uneasy with this service everything was explained to us the gentleman we had was very professional i would certainly use them again.i collected my own bags i would not let anyone else do it.
