hi just arrived in bali 2 weeks ago used Vip service found them fantastic even though not many people arrived same time we were taken to room given drinks snacks everything was sorted for us we had one person migraine and unwell who appreciated the time out to rest and then escorted straight through customs we though it was worth it.As for passports my daughter works for garuda she has never seen any problems arise yet and recommends this service highly.
