We have been recommended for years to have our typhoid vaccinations up to date prior to travelling to Bali.
We also have Hep A, dont take malaria tablets, our cholera, measles and tuberculosis are up to date too.
We use Deet based insect repellent when mosquitoes are prevelent too.
Better to be safe than sorry.
