We stopped having holidays here after a terrible experience with Breakfree holidays and resorts here in Australia at Port Douglas, we were basically treated like crap after reporting a theft from our room to the police because Breakfree's manager wouldn't do anything, the police didn't want to know either bad publicity etc.,i fought for months to get an apology that was 6 years ago, we have been to Bali ten times since then and Europe & uk.and have never had anything so bad i have no intentions of holidaying here again,our experience was a sad indictment of our tourism standards.
