Not an airline you can trust by all accounts, met up with four ladies in Phuket for a Girls week out holiday earlier in the year, came by the "Star" and they had lost all but one of their checked luggage.
They had been in Phuket for 4 days and no one wanted to know about their problem, e-mails and phone calls ignored to the point where their husbands were going to picket head office and call up the TV Stations, don't know what happened in the end, just as well they were in Phuket and just bought up big time.
Seems that the "Star" has adopted the old WA Salvage motto 'We're not Fancy, but we're Cheap!'
