I agree they just don't care. I have been given the run around by them recently with a cancelled ticket. Before I cancelled was told I would get my ticket taxes back, no mention that they would not refund the fuel surcharge. After their "administration" fee, the $180 refund has turned into $30. If they had advised this from the start (when I asked), I would have rebooked another date. Basically all they can say is "sorry we cant don't anything to assist on this". Well sorry isn't good enough!
