I suggest buying tickets directly from the airlines at the Domestic Airport Terminal next to the International Airport Terminal.
In Asia, commission paid to agents is added on to the ticket price.
For example, in February this year, I paid Rp 309,000 directly to IAT Airlines at the Mataram Airport to fly one way from Mataram in Lombok to Denpasar. The UK fellow sitting next to me on the same flight had paid Rp 450,000 to an agent in Mataram.
Be wary of scalpers who will offer to help you inside the terminal. They will try for commission on top of the regular price from the airline and do the deal in the local dialect.
Check the departures screen for flights to Lombok and go directly to the airline counter.
