flying to Lombok

This feels like a really dumb questions, but for those of you who fly Bali to Lombok, how do you book the tickets?

I've looked at the various websites for Trigana and Merpati, and understand the schedules and cost (and warnings about cancellations).

I've also tried to find a listing for a travel agent in Ubud (where I'm going first) but got a million other links.

Do I need to buy them at the airport when I arrive? Can I wait until a week before for early Jan flights?

I did find this travel agent below, which has an office in Kuta and accepts PayPal online.

Thanks for any thoughts, including which airlines are more or less reliable on this route.
