I think you've got a bit of a problem with the relocation plan. The private medical insurance alone is mandatory and expensive.
I'm guessing you will need some care, I may be wrong. I'm guessing medication is needed depending on the disability and possibly disabled access.
All this comes at a price, do some extensive research through your medical and insurance provider. The dept. of immigration or foreign affairs may offer advice.
Now in saying all that, there was a wheelie living in Sanur and annoying the heck out of us all to improve disabled access. He did a fantastic job by the way. :)
He said it was difficult, expensive, but a great lifestyle. He was on a large compo payout though from memory.
