But not everyone living in Indonesia is on a Kitas, so insurance is not "mandatory" if you live there. It depends on your visa.
Didn't think this guy would qualify for a Kitas - and seeing as he probably has to return to Australia every 13 weeks then a sosbud is a more practical solution.
