as long as a piece if string! The washing in the villages hangs over the bushes, noticeable: lack of road rage, communal living, great community spirit, extended families and neighbours always helping each other, lack of funeral parlours and nursing homes, family of 5 on the bike, throwing the baby teeth on the roof, the umbilical cord hung around babies neck in the amulet on chain, the placenta from birth buried in the home garden, every spare rupiah spent on ceremonies, borrowing money at the bank to pay for childbirth at hospital, putting out the offerings to the gods twice a day, taking turns sleeping over in the hospital when a family member admitted, school 6 days a week, free delivery and installation whenever we buy electrical items, babies sleep with parents up to school age or longer, AND of course the food!!! This is a few things that come to mind......
