Your first posting failed to mention antibiotics and the other didn't mention that you had seen your doctor. ( Many people have extra antibiotics in the cupboard and self medicate.)
The antibiotics haven't had time to work yet and if you feel that you need something more to help you fly surely the person to ring is the one who prescribed the antibiotics rather than helpful but unqualified advice from members of a travel forum.
You describe yourself as intelligent so why ask for remedies from unqualified people when you didn't even proffer the information ( in the beginning) that you were on antibiotics.
Even now we don't know what kind - broad spectrum or specific.
My first posting was to make you see that you were asking the wrong people but it went right over your head. Sorry about that.
I say again it is unwise and dangerous to ask unqualified people for medical advice when you are already on an unknown prescription drug.
