You may recall that there was a guy crowing on about his 20 trips to Bali and how he never had any problems with Immigration blah blah. I was not the only one to take the primary school dropout to task.
When challenged as to how many times I had been to Bali I admitted that's that's where I live 8 months of the year and he made the same sort of comments as you.
Apparently it is fine to visit Bali and post the number of visits but it is not to admit that you spend most of the year here.
I really don't understand this small minded attitude as where you choose to live should be your business and nothing to do with anyone else.
But I have learned my lesson and all I was going to reply to Newgal was one word - Bali - as I understand now it's not OK to live here.
