actually. Our 2yr old has a respiritory condition so I am very careful about smoking anywhere near us but most places were ok. As said, most are open air and we just sat as far away or on the edge as we could. Maybe we just got lucky but alot of places weren't that busy & we could sit away from others. We normally stay at Tuban end & go to restaurants round there but this December we will be up Legian end and hoping to go to the places you have mentioned so don't know how we'll go. I don't think I would ask someone to stop smoking near us so we would either have to move or leave. Don't know when you're going but it would be interesting to hear how you go.
