Restaurants with non smoking areas

Could someone please advise restaurants with non smoking areas - first trip to Bali - and have appreciated all the information posted to this forum. I and wife, (wife and me?)are both asthmatics and smoking is NOT going to help us appreciate any good culinary servings!!

Restaurants mentioned that we'd like to try are Zanzibar,Lanai,Ultimo,Bali Beach Shack, Ours Restaurant, Dolphin, Wayan and Friends, Warung 96, Sheppy's, Relections. We enjoy our tucker.
