the site is called quickbeds..It is used by a lot a travel agencies (flight center included) the prices have seen increase over that past week but very small...My understanding from a couple of good reliable friends at Travel agency is that a large amount of TA book very large block of these rooms in bali to keep prices down...YOU pay set price now and garuantee no extra when you get there...not including drink etc etc....Just thought i would let you all know as prices are going up fast.........save money
