Question re excess luggage jetstar?

In december JESTSTAR will begin to fly in and out of darwin... I was just wondering if they were as precise with the weight leaving bali as thay are in australia...

Im NOT complaining about excess so dont bother flaming me... just wondering if I should post stuff back, or take potluck, if im only 5 or so Kg over..

Also hand luggage do they weigh it leaving bali.. and is it 7kg or 10kg have seen both amounts in the fine print.
