You have to dial 0100061(area code without the 0 in front) and then the number. If you can't get through, may be a problem with the system.
I was in Bali for 2 months June to August and there was a whole week around early August where I just could not get thru using 01000, then corrected itself. Something to do with XL, although they deny it.
