Virgin approval?

Does anyone know when Virgin gets there approval to fly, as I have booked today for Dec 2nd 2008(cant wait) however my travel insurance will not cover me if the do not fly out...I check with covermore and vero insurance...so quietly panicking for the okay...8 weeks to go and I am packing (is that sad?)
