If so, you make sate sauce from it. Serve it on sate or gado gado or anything requiring sate sauce. It's delicious. We use it often, just last night in fact.

Be sure to cut it into small pieces (I grate it) before heating it with a little water in a small pan. You won't need a whole block. It freezes well. I now buy mine here in Perth - easily obtainable at many Asian food shops for about $1.50 or less, I think - very cheap anyway.
