Hospital.
This is a third world country with a third world education system, no potable running water,no sewerage system, corrupt police etc etc.
So why would you think the Indonesian medical degree or it's hospital system is anything other than third world too?
The way you are bagging the hospital system of every country in the world indicates you are probably Australian and obviously unaware of the realities.
The hospital systems of Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia would be worse than Indonesia. All other ASEAN countries, including the Philippines ( I think )are better.
The Southern Hemispheres two first world countries, Australia and New Zealand have systems with faults as every country does, but are light years ahead of the system here.
Nobody wants a major operation but if you had to have one where would you want it..... Bali or the country you come from?
