Booking Agent...

Hi all

I have booked accommodation at the Dynasty for 28/9/08 through Agoda 23/7/08 using my credit card.

Unfortunately the credit card has been lost so i cancelled it Monday. A new one will not arrive whilst i am home.

It stipulates on the hotel voucher that on arrival I need to present my credit card.

After many discussions with Agoda they have advised me to 1, present a new credit card (can't), present a letter from the bank (they won't do it) present a police report (yippee jackpot police report got and presented) this should satisfy them.

Now they want my credit card statement (which I do not have as I have just recently moved house and god knows where it is). My internet banking has been wiped by the bank so that is not available. The bank have advised 10 days before i can get a copy.

Surely Agoda can advise the Dynasty what has happened then the problem will be sorted after all I have PAID!!!

Has anyone had a problem like this? If so would you please advise what happened as this is getting frustrating to say the least...

Also, I have emailed the Dynasty and they said sort it out with Agoda!!!!
