But the fact remains that the hygiene standards leave a lot to be desired - the plates get a rinse in a dirty bucket of water and are dried with a filthy tea towel. If they dry in the sun the bacteria will die, but if they are stacked - not good.
You obviously have a great gut and some carts are better than others but the fact remains many westerners get sick from eating this food as they are not used to the bacteria.
If you are coming to Bali for 6 days why risk sickness?
