B-I-L was going to Bali for, if he was going to walk and shop, swim and surf then it would be highly frustrating for him.
On the other hand if he was after a relaxing holiday, reading a few books, sitting at the bar talking to friends, going on a few tours, eating out and sampling what Bali has to offer then he could be fine.
It also depends on what he wants and what his Doctors are saying. What's his travel insurance like?
