Those are the places ...ahhhh Kuta before electricity and paved roads. Do you remember any of the first losmens at all ? Losmen Patra, Artha perhaps. I'm looking forward to seeing Ketut Jaya again. I first met him as a young boy in Kuta standing in a sarong holding a small pig by one rear leg about to castrate it with a sliver of bamboo. I ran into him years later driving a 4wd, wearing Raybans and sporting gold chains :) Still remembered me mind. cheers
