hello everyone.i don't usually complain but...This is for all the girls, and possibly guys, who are thinking about getting a wax at this spa. DON'T. Got off the plane and tried to call Glo salon near Bali Deli...wrong no. and thought it must have closed. Anyway, decided to go to Melasti as i have heard on this forum that it is good. Oh my God! My poor girlfriend was going to get it all off. The wax had to but cut off and she was in tears. My experience was similar, but only normal wax thank god. We left battered and bruised (literally) and paid 485,000 for the experience, which was supposed to be 50% off. Ripped off as well....didn't provide a price list so was not sure. But what can you say when they want you to pay? I will never darken their door again. Overall i thought the place was pretty shabby anyway. I don't know why people rave about it when Bodyworks is around the same price.
