Carrying all the idiocy load between just a few people while you were away was a vary hard task!!! Never mind we'll be in Bali next week.
Oh, by the way, I did post a moving tribute to Ivor and Miss Martha who it turned out was a drag queen imitiating a cosmetic mogul. I told of your valour in trying to pull them out of the surf and revive tham, but to no avail. They are gone for ever. I also told of how you were awarded the keys to the city of Legian...and where you stuffed them. However the whole thing was nuked soon after so I'm not sure if they are still dead or have risen from the dead.
