Is the person to ask for, not Adrian. Colleen what are you saying? Adrian is busy enough, he usually gets Pony to deal with all reservation quotes and bookings. I agree the quote doesn't sound right, I do know there has been an increase, now Bali is getting busy prices have increased everywhere. Although with the renovations I guess we all expected an increase.
